Seeking permission to mention Atlassian in book and website

Good afternoon! My name is Katrina, and I am writing my second book Scrum Master First 90 Days: The Scrum Mother Approach.

I have Jira and Trello listed as Backlog Management tool options in the book and my website. Since I use Jira myself, I also have screenshots of a few reports with my own details for my readers learning experience.

I am seeking your permission by July 31st to use these references within the book and my website, to ensure there is no conflict. The "Contact Us" section of Atlassian's Help Center won't allow me to use a Gmail account.

Who can I send the specific references to seek permission?

Send your request directly to Atlassian’s Trademark team at trademarks@atlassian.com. Their current guidelines specifically direct trademark-use questions and permission requests there, and say that reproducing Atlassian screenshots or imagery requires permission. See Trademarks guidelines
