Hi there,

My team owns a number of features and initiatives. Currently, all work items for all these features and initiatives live in a single backlog, which is managed by the team. The backlog contains BAU and tech health items in addition to enhancements for each of those features/initiatives.

As the backlog is growing with more work added every week, it's getting really hard to go through it (imagine 100 + items), group items based on their priorities (features + BAU + tech health).

Since JIRA does not support multiple backlogs (i.e. a backlog linked to a feature), what solution can you recommend to manage the unwieldy backlog containing multiple features, tech health work, and BAU items.

Thanks

Victoria

Hello, Good day. I believe you are using company managed scrum backlog, you can create quick filter for each feature and select one quick filter at a time to check a specific feature related work items. Thanks!

Hi @Victoria Morenets ,

If you  organize all the work items under epics you can use the epic panel to filter all the items by selecting the specific epic.
