Seeing site under maintenance since an hour

Not able to access JIRA since an hour and we are blocked fully.

Hello, Good day. Please check the maintenance window in your instance. https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/keep-track-of-maintenance-windows/. If there is any patch required then the configured maintenance window will be used.

Atlassian uses maintenance windows whenever a change, bug fix, or essential maintenance requires some downtime to roll out to your products.
