Why am I still seeing tickets currently in Active Sprints on Backlog?

Hello @Joanathan McIntosh

Welcome to the community.

Are you working with a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project? it will say at the bottom of the navigation pane on the left.

Can you provide a screen image of what you see?

Typically the Backlog screen includes a section titled Backlog and other sections for each defined Sprint. So, issues in an Active Sprint should show in the Backlog screen, but in a list under a Sprint heading.
