Rising Stars are recognized for providing high-quality answers to other users. Rising Stars receive a certificate of achievement and are on the path to becoming Community Leaders.
You will need to be an Admin of the project to do this, but if you're not, you can always ask someone who is.
Click on the 3 dots, select Board settings, then click on the Card layout "tab" - there you can add 3 extra fields to show for the Backlog
