Security button is redirecting to admin home page on jira, can't add saml sso

Hi, 

I want to add SAML SSO on jira cloud according to documentation I can configure it under security section on administration page but when I'm clicking on security page it keeps redirecting me to admin home page which is the same page. I think it's a bug if not please help me. would appreciate.

1) What is the URL of the page you are "stuck" on? Do anonymise the actual organisation ID i.e. https://admin.atlassian.com/o/<organisationID>/overview

2) A assume you are an organisational admin? I.e. you can go and see yourself here: https://admin.atlassian.com/o/<organisationID>/admins

3) Can only suggest to go into incognito, login into id.atlassian.com, logout, login again and then re-try going to admin URLs?
