Section People Add People disable

Good moorning, 

  I would like to try Horreum Project Budget Manager, but it require the option: add people .

In my instance this option is disable, How can I activate?

May I know which plan you are using.

Because in FREE Plan, Add people feature is disabled.

Yes, my istans in FREE Plan, As soon as possibile I change in Standard Plan.
