Hi everyone, I'm getting an error for some users while logging in. This error started after the installation of Secsign addon for 2FA.
Error : "Error on contacting server. Try again or contact administrator, if the error occurs multiple times."
Please help.

I suggest disable the installed app from Jira so that users can work without issues right now.
Install the plugin in your test server, make all configurations mentioned in https://www.secsign.com/developers/atlassian/jira-two-factor-authentication/ and try the 2FA in test server. If all OK, then proceed with plugin installation on the production instance.
