Search for Jira issues in a field that contains one of two words without writing two statements?

i.e. Show me Jira issues where "Feature Not Green Reason" contains the text "Yellow" or "Red" but not having to write two statements: "Feature Not Green Reason" ~ "Yellow" OR "Feature Not Green Reason" ~ "Red".  Is there a way to write it like "Feature Not Green Reason" ~ ("Yellow", "Red") or something like that?

No, you have two separate searches here, so you need two separate clauses to get a single result list.

As far as I know, this is not possible especially for text fields.
