Search a Jira Project for Text String

I need to search through User Stories, both active, completed and backlog to understand if a need has been addressed within the Project. 

The following is what I see, i.e. the Search control top-right searches ALL PROJECTS, I need to search only this one Project.

Go to the "Issues" tab rather than this backlog view.  When there you can use the basic or advanced search to try and find what you need (specify a specific project to control results)
