Search Not Displaying Quick Result In Full List Bug?

Hello, when searching using the Magnifying Glass icon on the left side of the page for a term (it has dashes between words), I see a quick list pop-up that shows 1 issue, but when I press Enter to see if the Search will show any more results, I just get a blank full list.  Shouldn't the 1 issue that initially appeared still show up in the full list?

The behavior I generally get if I enter text and enter the i am placed into a JQL search. For example...

if I enter “hello-“ <enter>

then I get the image below. Now if I am entering an issue number if I do so to quickly and hit enter I will get the wrong issue at times. I have to let the search complete and the select.
