Scroll bar not showing correctly

Hello

we're encountering a strage behvaior of scroll bars for component field on jira (v 5.2.3). In Chrome (28.0), scroll bar is showing partially for some users and there's no way to go down to the end of the list. In Firefox (22.0), scroll bar is not showing at all.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue ?

1. Create an issue.
2. Select a project from the drop-down list.
3. Click on the vertical scroll bar.

Result: The list of projects disappears.

Workaround: Use the keyboard.

As of v. 5.2, not reproducible in 6.3. Is JRA-39117.
