Scriptrunner, UI fragments, more than 3 fields and field name on the kanban boards cards

Hello,

I wish to add the name of my fields on the kanban view, as well as having more than three of them on display.

Basically:

I know what js to use in order to do this for each card, but how to run it automatically and only for this specific project/board?

I'm pretty sure that the UI fragment can do it but the documentation is quite poor.

Any idea?
