Scriptrunner Send custom Mail postfunction XSRF Security Token Missing

We are using ${getWorkflowButtons.call()} in a Script Post-Function [ScriptRunner] Function Send a custom email.
The Mail is sent to the Reporter and to the Assignee of the issue.
In case the Reporter = Assignee everything is working as expected - the buttons can be used out of the Mail. But in case the Reporter is different from the Assignee, the Asignee gets the error message "XSRF Security Token Missing"
After "Retry Operation" it is working. But is there a way to avoid this error message?
