Scriptrunner Behavior change field name for create/edit screen

I was shown before that you can use scriptrunner to change what is displayed on the create/edit screens for a field name

So lets say you have a field call End Date, but on the create and edit input fields you want it to say Project End Date you can get it to say that only on create/edit screens (not view)

However I can find ways to do this for changing what shows in the description box but I can't find any examples on how to show something different for other fields. Has anyone done this?  Possibly also have a script that can be shared for this?
