ScriptRunner copy project and issues

when trying Copy project with

versions

components

issues

board

the issues does not copy. I have a project containing 199 issues and not a single one of them is copied to the new project.

How can I make a copy of a template project with 199 issues (or more) via ScriptRunner and Built-in-script?

I did try this with a smaller project containg 7 issues and this worked!!! bot not 199 issues...

regards,

Helen Ahlberg

Hi Helen,

I could reproduce you issue with a source project where I had no visibility on the issues (due to Browse permission, in the Project Permissions and / or Issue security permissions). Could that be the issue you are running into?

If you search the issues in your source project in the Issue search, does it show results?

This was the solution - I did not even suspect that a role could stop me as admin.

I added the Browse permission role in the source project and that was the trick.

Thank you!

regards,

Helen
