When in the current sprint and hovering the mouse over the story description a blue box will pop up and cover the entire bottom half of the screen. In the blue box is script language pertaining to the story description.
How do I get rid of this blue pop up?
Hi @David Skeers and welcome to the community,
This, as you describe it, doesn't seem like normal jira functionality. Perhaps you are using an app from a 3rd party vendor. Care to share a screenshot of what you are talking about?
I blurred out some of the info by when I hover my mouse over the sentence that the red arrow is pointing at, the blue box comes up with all the language in it. I can hit Esc and it will go away until I hover over the sentence again.

@David Skeers this is an error message and it's not about jira cloud as the tag of your post suggested. I would suggest that you do as the message states: Notify your jira admin for this issue. He/she should check the log file for this error.

A quick one to rule out - do you have your browser in "debug" mode? This can throw up error messages like this.

@Alex Koxaras -Relational- I had two other users go to the board and this is not happening to them. I looked at the board in Edge and in Chrome, it pops up in both.
Next step is to check with JIRA Admin.
