Script in Insight Automation

Nataliia Pavlenko

I can't see logs from insight automation when have a groovy script.
I'm also not sure if the script is well written, because in the script runner console - it works, but in insight not.

Hey @Nataliia Pavlenko

You may have to take a look at this link https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/where-are-the-insight-logs-for-data-center-installations-1040617518.html to understand on where the logs are stored for insight module.

And as @Dirk Ronsmans there will be a file in log folder of home directory of jira as insight_automation.log

Hey @Nataliia Pavlenko ,

For insight Automations, you should still see logs but they are not in the regular jira-atlassian.log file.

There should be some called insight-automation.log files.
