Screenshot attachments as input for a Custom Field?

I'm building out a new issue type with custom fields to be used a checklist for a specific activity at our company. Its fairly straightforward as I'm using radio buttons for the Yes/No part of the activity, but I want to capture screenshots from the assignee as evidence the activity actually took place (an audit requirement).

Does anyone have any thoughts on a Custom Field that allows attachments or screenshots?

Hi

You have only the attachmebt field set to take attachment in your screen. Im not aware that you can do it in other field maybe a plugin.
