What is the difference between the screen on here.

Hi @Hoc

The first screenshot shows the issue type scheme which explains which issue types are used in your project with the correponding workflow, field configuration and issue screen schema. 

In your project all of them are the same.

Now in you screen schema, you have 2 screen that are used. For create it has its own screen and for edit/view it's shared. The screens are the fields that are displayed when you view/edit/create issues.
