Scope changes during sprint after sprint planning in JIRA

I'm looking for a report or JQL query to present scope changes during a sprint but after the sprint planning session: how many new tasks have been added during the sprint (after planning), how many tasks have been removed, how much time was planned and how much time has been spent.

That's exactly what the Sprint Report is for in JIRA Software. You're doing scrum using only JIRA core?
