Hello!!

I´ve implemented the following: trigger should be when haven´t had any comment on the past 4 days and action is send an email.

I just want the rule to be executed once, but with AFTER the rule is being executed every day after day 4.

status = "Waiting for Customer" and NOT Status Changed after -4d

Do you have anty alternative?

Hi @Larissa Fernandez -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Your use case is a bit unclear to me, and to solve this I suggest that you draw out an example timeline and scenarios.  That will help you decide how to create conditions such that rule runs as you wish.

For example, you appear to want to:

  1. Check for issues with no comments for the last 4 days, and then send an email
  2. Once an email is sent for the issue, run the rule every day (apparently also sending an email).  You do not indicate what the stopping condition is for this situation.

If this matches your case, you could add an indicator/flag comment when you send the email.  (Let's say there is a separate rule for that.)  You could then use a different rule which looks for that indicator/flag comment daily and sends another email...until whatever stopping condition is that you create.

Kind regards,
Bill

Hi @Larissa Fernandez ,

On Jira Server i have the choice of

Only include issues that have changed since the last time this rule executed

in a scheduled automation rule.

Is it an option for you to check this choice?

Regards, Marco
