I am attempting to Export to CSV all scheduled issues across all workspaces in Marketplace Apps under Jira Admin Settings, but I keep getting an error and it will not export them.
What can I do to fix this?

Can you provide a screen image of the page from which you are accessing the export function?

Based on that image you are accessing functionality from a third party app - The Scheduler from Transition Technologies.
I recommend that you reach out to their support team directly about this. You can find their support team contact information on their Marketplace listing.
