Created a Data Source in Jira via Tableau Connector for Jira
Jira Work Management - > Issues and Issue Statuses
Someone on the Jira Team created a Executed Report with two doughnut graphs
It details Scenarios and Steps with Pass, Fail, Skip values.
Tried creating a Tableau report with zero progress!
Did not find these fields via Custom Fields and curious how these fields are being captured.
Found Issue Current Type: Bug, Story and Task and wonder if Story is captured as a Scenario and Task as a Step?
I believe I saw Current State of Issue: In Progress, Done Pass, and Fail but no Skip and wonder if these fields are being used to capture Pass Fail and Skip.
Some Jira team member were laid-off and getting zero support due to job insecurity.
At an impasse and curious if anyone can help?
