Sandbox feature not found in Product section

Hi,

We don't see the Sandbox product option in the Admin Product section at all when logged as organization admin. We use the Jira Enterprise plan and according to https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/manage-product-sandboxes/ we should have the ability to add Sandbox.

Is there any reason why we don't see the Sandbox option?

Sandbox is located via the admin section:

• Go to cog > user management
• Click product on the header menu
• Click sandbox on the left panel

The document states that the feature is available only to Organization Admins. Are you an Organization Admin?

Hi, many thanks for your reply. My manager has checked it from his account and he has Organization Admin permissions. He doesn’t see Jira Sandbox option in Products at all.
