Sandbox does not receive all groups,

Hi All,

I have created a SandBox under our domain Enexis.nl. The site name is
Jira-servicenow-tst, but this Sandbox does not receive all groups, so I cannot link the Admin or Jira Access groups to the users within this site. What went wrong and how can I fix this?
A previous SandBox that I created does have all groups.

Hi @Eric Roetenberg ,

Some groups—especially those not actively assigned to users, not tied to product access, or created by third-party apps—may not be included during sandbox creation or refresh.

thanks for your response, but how is it possible that the other SandBox with the same projects and users does have all groups,
especially the Access and Admin groups?
