SVN commit history not working after changed protocol 'http > https'

Hi. i have little problem that is same a this question's title.

maybe 1 years ago, i changed JIRA issue tracker's protocol 'http' > 'https'

JIRA issue tracker is included on a my private server.

it did not working after that. so i need help.

I suspect you need to add the client certificate to Jira and subversion so they can talk to each other over https.
