Hi,

The BM link within link.entry still leads in Austria to a 401 Not Authorised error. This was being confirmed by a dealer (Czeitschner) as well as our IT (see Mail below, using the dealer access from Stellantis & You) trying everything to get SnapOn BM started. We also tried some things our German colleagues told us (e.g. try to login several times, use the role dealer principal in my people), but it's still not working.

How can you help please?

I don't think you are asking the right people.  Your question does not seem to have anything to do with Atlassian stuff, and even if it did, the answer would be "you need to talk to the admins of your systems about access".
