We have SSO setup and when users log in for the first time, they automatically get added to the jira-software-user group.
All works well.
If a user has not logged into Jira for an extended time, we remove them from the jira-software-user group.
However, if a user returns, SSO no longer adds them to the jira-software-users group. We have to do it manually.
What are we missing? How can we revoke their Jira license (for us, removing the user from jira-software-user) in such a way that should the user return, SSO can still add them to jira-software-user?
