why i try to log in JIRA with https  and  see my user profile. The "user profile" screen will take a long time to appear

Very little information.. Did you just switch to SSL? You changed the baseurl? Do you terminate SSL on JIRA itself? If not, i.e doing it on an apache mod proxy, are you referring to the rewrite proxy in your server.xml? You need to provide way more information if you want a solid answer.
