We require to integrate the SNOW with JIRA ticketing process - - have created the API - token - but somehow not able to invite SNOW to JIRA to integrate

Here is how I did the integration of SNow and Jira:
Everything else was handled by our ServiceNow developer. They have wrote all scripts.

Via JIRA we have created the SNOW integration API token. It auto generated an email & I tied to add SNOW as a user or invite the user but not able to do so
