SMS notification using Scriptrunner

Is there a script that can be written to send the SMS notification via Scriptrunner in JIRA?

Sadly no, it would be great for scriptrunner to have the API that supports Twilio which is being used to send the SMS notifications, but that is not currently supported.

It actually has this pricing, but this is for the US: https://www.twilio.com/en-us/sms/pricing/us

Also, keep in mind that Twilio is outside of Atlassian and part of their marketplace.
