i have a problem with the SLA in Tickets.
Sometimes SLAs dont start in tickets but in other tickets they work fine...
Can you please help me?

I would start with checking the condition when SLAs will start or stop; as well as the JQL for those SLAs. Try to reproduce the problem.
If you don't mind sharing those setting and sample where they don't work can help you troubleshoot.
