Hi,
We implemented the SEND TO RELEASE status in most of our workflow to automatize the process. When you open a ticket and click on the status SEND TO RELEASE it is supposed to create a release ticket (copy of the current ticket) and put this new ticket automatically in linked issues.
This is not working on several projects. We click on SEND TO RELEASE status but nothing appears.
Can you help?
