Running my plugin using atlas-run doesn't show the top and side nav bar in Jira Data Center

Similar to post above, I am unable to navigate in Jira Data Center hosted using atlas-run with my plugin. After signing into the setup, I am only seeing the Atlassian Footer instead of the jira data center Dashboard.
