Running Reports to download notes in Excel

I am trying to find a report in JIRA that will have the project, tasks, and the notes & discussion around each issue so we can show it for our weekly meetings. Does this report exist? I have tried both the Time Tracking Report and the Single Level Group By Report with no success. Please help if there is a way to do this rather than going into each issue and copying and pasting the discussion & notes.

Use the Better Excel Plugin and its "current columns with comments" export.

If you select the required columns (project, issue key, summary), then those plus the columns that represent comments' properties (date, author, text) will be exported like this:

Thanks for the option. I couldn't get this one to work because I couldn't find a URL to install it so I had to use another application instead. I'm not a developer and I didn't have the right file format to open the download. :(
