Rules not Saving but no indication of why

I am adding rules to my workflow in JIRA work management.

I keep getting We couldn’t save your changes whenever I make the most basic of changes.

It seems now no change is saved but I cant see what the issue is.

Can you please describe the exact steps you are taking to make the change and the error you are getting? Screenshots would also be helpful.

Welcome to the community !!

Please go through the workflow, look for all statuses that have the same rule twice, example to update the same issue field.

You can find the rules by clicking on each transition and then, delete the duplicated one.
