Rovo usage allowance

Hi,

I want to know how many Rovo chat requests one can ask before hitting the usage limit. According to your documentation (https://support.atlassian.com/rovo/docs/rovo-usage-limits), a user gets the following amount of AI credits per month:

• Standard: 25
• Premium: 70
• Enterprise 150

1. On the same page, you write "10 credits per request to Rovo Chat using Quick Answer". This effectively means that one user can send 2,5 / 7 / 150 chat requests to Rovo respectively per month that don't hit the allowance limit. Did I get this correctly?

2. The page says the allowance limit is not enforced as long as "Rovo Standard" is in beta. It also mentions not enforcing the allowance for the first 90 days. Which one of them is correct? 90 days or beta?

3. How much will extra usage of Rovo cost (not Rovo Dev) after the allowance is exceeded?

1. Rovo allowances are calculated per seat but pooled organization-wide, so individual users aren't hard-capped at their seat's limit. Each Quick Answer request consumes 10 credits, so a seat contributes 2.5 requests on Standard (25 credits), 7 on Premium (70 credits), or 15 on Enterprise (150 credits) to the shared pool.
2. The 90-day rule is an advance notice period before Atlassian enforces or bills for overages, not a 90-day trial upon first use. Standalone Rovo Standard remains in beta, and beta features generally don't consume credits.
3. There is no published price for extra standard credits yet so please don't rely on the $0.01 rate, which applies strictly to Rovo Dev Standard credits. Admins can monitor pooled usage under Atlassian Administration > Insights > Platform usage > Rovo credits.

Also tbd. that will probably change in common time.  Rovo developing every day so keep eyes open.
