RollBack License in Jira

I have a working Jira 4.4.5 and want to upgrade it to version 6.x.

If I have a problem in this upgrade after a update in my license can I rollback it to 4.4.5 version again?

You don't need to do anything. The licence format changed between 3 and 4. Any licence provided after version 4.0 is valid through to the current version.
