Roll up dates in Advanced Roadmaps

Could someone explain to me please how roll up dates work in Jira.
I do not have start date field. Only due date field. Based on what does the system calculate rolled up dates. Could somebody explain it looking at my rooled up dates?

The latest Due Date of the standard/base issue type should roll-up to the "Epic" level.
Due dates of the "Epic" issue type should roll-up to the level above (as defined in the issue hierarchy).
