Roles with the same permissions

Good day,
After combining several jira, roles appeared with the same permissions, but with different names. Is there any plugin or script that would combine them into one role or remove them.

Welcome to Atlassian community!

I'm afraid nothing like that is ready (I haven't found a plugin that provides this feature). It would probably be quite difficult to define the context: Project vs. Roles vs. Merging Users. 

We solved a similar problem as you, and before merging Jira, it was necessary to unify the Project roles and etc. in both instances. Now I recommend you do everything manually and make sure you have it set up correctly for each project (Groovy script could sometimes work badly).
