Roadmap doesn't show on Datacenter

I Had updated my jira datacenter version from 8.13 to 8.20.3,but the new feature of roadmap was not shown on the newly created scrum project,and I also find that I can't select team or company -management project during project created process ,but I am sure the roadmap feature is on as I found it on the system information.

How to fixed it？

Advance Roadmap is available for DC version 8.20.3. You will need to right permission to view it

I set almost same ,but I didn't see the roadmaps as well,anything goes wrong?

So you are not able to see the Plan Option in jira or something else

See Bellow Plan is nothing but RoadMap. You are not able to see this option?
