Roadmap Date Range Issue

Hi,

I'm using the  Roadmap for a back office upgrade project and am having difficulties with project dates on some Epics.

On in particular just keeps reverting to an earlier date (it should start 3rd Feb 2020, but reverts to 3rd Jan 2020) whenever I change any detail in it, or exit and reenter the road map. All the the child User Stories have dates starting 3rd Feb.

Can anyone help?

I'm on the verge of junking Jira.

Just for a better understanding of the issue, I would like to know more details about the steps you are following.

When you say that the date range is get reverted, what is the affected field? Is it the start date or due date?

Are you using a different language on your site? I ask this because the calendar is also translated, so for test purposes we need to know and test using the same language as you.

Is it happening on Epics or only on child issues? 

If possible, send us a screenshot of where it’s shoeing incorrectly.
