Risk table import/ export between projects

I need to export a hazard traceability TABLE from one project to another one in jira.
I go under risk table, and I export this in CSV and try to import it in CSV into the project I want. Is this the safest way to do a transfer between risk tables?
Furthermore, when I try to import, I don't get any further. I get an error message that says that database is taking a little longer than expected.
What am I supposed to do?
