Risk Matrix Configuration

I've completed my configuration of the Risk Management plugin for evaluation. I have the fields added and the filters in and working. My Risk Management Gadget is pulling in records that have a risk set. But when I go to the Projects tab, and select the Risk Matrix, nothing is showing up on the matrix or in the report. How do I configure that to display the data I want in there? version installed is 4.9.0
