Rich filters-how to make a widget that is not controlled by dynamic filter

I have a JIRA rich filter dashboard with several gadgets and one dynamic filter that filters on Sprint value.

How can I add a Rich filter gadget that does not respect the Dynamic filter selection and shows a static JQL resault?

So far the only way I found is to add a JIRA widget to the page. Like a JIRA two dimensional Filter gadget, instead of a Rich filter gadget .
