Rich Text editor is not working in whole projects

Hi,

After updating the JIRA 7.12, rich text editor not working for the whole projects.

I checked the following links, but still cannot resolve the issue

It was working properly before the upgrade.

?Have you checked that the field configurations for the text fields are set to use the rich editor and not plain text?

This comment helps me a a lot when I reset the filed configuration to default and the comment box do not have the rich editor support since the comment render type is changed from "Wiki Style Renderer" to "Default Text Renderer".
