Rich Filter Results showing partial results

The Rich filter results is presenting partial issues, when it should actually show the complete list of issues. 

Example - I created a dashboard using the Rich Filter Results Macro to get the list of issues for a project. In the JQL - 15 issues are reported, however the Rich Filter Results are only showing me 4 issues..

I have to hit the refresh button a couple of times for the rich filter results to get corrected and have those 15 issues show up.

Rich filters are part of a marketplace app. If simply refreshing your gadget or page a couple of times (without changing any settings) does return different results, that may suggest there is something not entirely going to plan with the tool itself.

It would be best to reach out to the app vendor directly to discuss the issue.
