Revisited the website made with atlaissian and Jira for my company, but I can't open it?

A few months ago I created an account and made a website with the Jira app. But after checking in again because we want to implement or continue using it for the company, but the page is no longer available. Please help!

Thanks for the question.

Were you using a paid Jira or a Free Jira subscription plan?

If you used free subscription, and it had no activity for 120 days then the product is deactivated, which is stated in this documentation.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Adding to this, for a Free subscription that is inactive the Organization Admins and Site Admins will receive email notifications as the period of inactivity grows, stating that the site is at risk for deactivation and recommending that some activity occur to keep it from being deactivated. Simply logging into the product is enough to keep the product subscription active.

Email will be sent when the subscription is actually deactivated also.

If only Free product subscriptions were active on the site, after the product subscription is deactivated the data is retained for only 15 days. During that time the subscription can be reactivated.

If those time periods have expired then you data has been deleted and cannot be recovered.

If the time periods have not expired, follow the guidance in this document to see if you can reactivate the subscription:

I'm currently using Free subscription

thanks for the explanation. It makes sense now! 

I tried reactivating it via the link you sent but it said to contact their support team.

I made a ticket and am waiting for their support team to contact me for now

I was also curious if I could delete the existing website on Jira and make a new one instead? (Because I want to retain the name of the company on the website)
