Retrieve the latest test cycle id based on the test cycle name

I would like to retrieve a list of test cycle ids based on a query on the test cycle name -

The zephyr webservices documentation has "jira/rest/zapi/latest/cycle?id=3790" available, returning the test cycle info for that id.  Is there a way to submit something like jira/rest/zapi/latest/cycle?name=newtestcycle123 and get the test cycle id in the response?
